Message ‘Select skin file’ whenever I open a new tab in Internet Explorer

The other day while browsing the Internet, I Found A Fix for a recent problem I was having. The issue is described as follows;

Whenever I open a new tab or page in Inernet Explorer I receive a popup dialog box reading; “Select skin file”.

The solution and description to this error is set out below;

To remove the message open the control panel, add/remove programs and uninstall the Viewpoint Toolbar.
