Companyweb keeps prompting for username and password – SBS 2003
Posted under Servers by adminThe other day I Found A Fix for a recent problem I was having. The issue is described as follows;
All clients on our SBS 2003 server could not connect to the companyweb. Even the server itself could n0t connect. it would prompt 3 times in a row and then the following message would appear “you are not authorized to view this page ”
After a lot of searching, I found the following HotFix from Microsoft fixed the problem. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/961143
1. Download the HotFix. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/961143
2. Install on the server.
3. No need to reboot. You’re done.
